Shipping policy

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed.

2. Shipping charges

— Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
— Flat ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
— Express delivery available at extra charge (selected pincodes only)

3. Delivery timelines

— Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
— Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
— Remote areas and North East India: 7–10 business days

Please note delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local holidays.

4. Shipping partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart to ensure your Mellow Munchkins products reach you safely. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link sent to you. You can also contact us with your order number for tracking updates.

6. Packaging

All Mellow Munchkins products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use child-safe, eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [hola@mellomunchkinss.com]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. In case of a lost shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are correct at the time of ordering. Mellow Munchkins is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

9. COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹2,000. A COD handling charge of ₹29 applies. COD option will be shown at checkout if available for your pincode.
