Our return window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags intact.
Items eligible for return
— Clothing and accessories with manufacturing defects
— Wrong item delivered
— Damaged item received
— Item significantly different from description
Items not eligible for return
— Used, washed, or altered products
— Products without original packaging or tags
— Items returned after 7 days of delivery
— Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


How to initiate a return
1. Email us at hola@mellowmunchkinss.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
4. Ship the item back to our address (we cover shipping for defective items)
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
Exchange
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
